Buddhist monks take part in the "Pradaksina" (circling the Borobudur Temple) procession during the celebration of Vesak Day 2556 BE at the Borobudur Temple Complex in Magelang, Central Java province, May 6, 2012. This year's theme for Vesak Day is "Improving Metta and Karuna" (love and compassion) and the celebration was concluded with the release of hundreds of paper lanterns by Buddhist monks and devotees.
