The Japanese General Consulate in Medan Yuji Harmada submitted the Japanese General Consulate Award to the Japanese Language Lecturer of Eastern Asia Faculty of Literature Universitas Bung Hatta in Padang, Sumbar, Wednesday (7/5) night.
