KALBE DIVIDES DIVIDENDS

KALBE MEMBAGI DIVIDEN. Presdir PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) Irawati Setiady (2 right) combined with President Commissioner Johannes Setijono (2 left), Vice Presdir J.B.Apik Ibrahim (left) and Director Vidjongtius, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Outstanding General Meeting, in Jakarta, Wednesday (23/5). The GMS PT Kalbe Farma agreed to divide the dividend of Rp95 per share with a total dividend of Rp891 billion, equivalent to 60% of net profit 2011, as well as solving the share value (stock split) the company with a ratio of 1:5 so it is more liquid on the exchange.
