President Director of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR) Christian Ariano Rachmat (second left) provides an overview of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in Jakarta, Tuesday (14/5/2024). The RUPST approved and affirmed among other annual reports and 2023 consolidated financial statements where ADMR managed to achieve satisfactory financial and operational performance, continuing investment on mining infrastructure as well as running mineral processing business through the construction of smelters in North Kalimantan which is currently still in the construction process and targeted to achieve COD in 2025.
