The President Director of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (Adaro) Garibaldi Thohir provided the press release of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in Jakarta, Wednesday (15/5/2024). The RUPST approved and affirmed among other annual reports and ADRO consolidation financial statements of 2023, the final cash dividend distribution of 400 million US dollars as well as raising the Iwan Dewono Budiyuwono as the Director of the Company.
