40 Bhikkhu Thudong trip to Borobudur

A citizen provides a drinking water to Bhikkhu participants of Thudong rituals who walked through the settlement of residents on Jalan Kalipe, Semarang, Central Java, Thursday (16/5/2024). A total of 40 Bhikku from many Southeast Asian countries arrived in Semarang City as well as they will visit the clenteng and vihara for the reading of the parrita prayer as a blessing of salvation and the wellbeing of mankind before continuing the journey towards Borobudur Temple in order to welcome the Waisak Day on May 23rd.
