President of DPP National Society (KSN) Ahmad Daryoko (second right) along the Secretary of DPP KSN Khamid Istakhori (right) attended the preliminary examination of the Law Test Act No. 4 Year 2012 concerning APBN Change Year of Budget 2012 in the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Monday (28/5). In the application of workers in the KSN asks the Constitutional Judgment to void the article 7 paragraph 6 A which regulates the price of subsidized fuel because it is assessed contrary to the 1945 Constitution.
