Special Cooking Competition Dayak Kalteng

Participants are a long time when following the night race at GOR Serbaguna Indoor, Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, Tuesday (21/5/2024). A long-time cooking race made from ketan rice cooked with santan inside the young bamboo in the grilled way followed from various districts/city in the title of the Mulang Isen Cultural Festival as an effort to introduce and preserve traditional typical food of Kalteng Dayak tribes.
