Exercise athletes kick boxing PON XXI Aceh-Sumut

Atlet kick boxing son of North Sumatra Province Antoni Tambunan practiced the tendang technique during the Regional Training (Pelatda) National Sports Week (PON) XXI Aceh-Sumut in Medan, North Sumatra, Friday (28/6/2024). Cabor kick boxing exercise session followed nine altlets of the son and seven athletes of the daughter focused on physical exercises, techniques, tanding and mental by targeting 5 of the gold from 16 match numbers.
