President official HLI Green Power battery factory

President Joko Widodo (left) witnessed Executive Chairman Hyundai Motor Group Euisun Chung (second right), and Minister of Trade, Investment and South Korea Energy Inkyo Cheong (right) signed a car Hyundai Kona Electric when the inauguration of the battery factory PT Hyundai LG Industry (HLI) Green Power in Karawang, West Java, Wednesday (3/7/2024). The largest electric vehicle battery cell factory in Southeast Asia is built by the consortium of South Korea’s company Hyundai and LG with a total investment worth Rp160 trillion which will be completed gradually.
