Invention of Ombudsman for PPDB Implementation

Member of Ombudsman Indraza Marzuki Rais presented a journalist’s question in the press conference of the results of supervision while Ombudsman on the organizer of the Reception of the New Didik (PPDB) in the teaching of 2024/2025 at the Ombudsman Office, Jakarta, Friday (5/7/2024). Ombudsman conveyed several temporary findings related to the implementation of PPDB include the absence of educational access average policy, the minimization of cross-stakeholder cordination in PPDB, the limitation of the number of educational units, it is not optimal socialization of regulation from the center to the region and from the area to the committee as well as society, and the minimization of supervision and commitment from the head of the region.
