Wapres received Grand Syekh Al Azhar visit

Vice President Ma’ruf Amin (right) was handy with Grand Syekh Al Azhar Imam Akbar Ahmed Al Tayeb (left) when receiving a visit at Wapres Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday (10/7/2024). The meeting was the continuation of the previous meeting in Abu Dhabi in February, which emphasized the commitment of Indonesia to strengthen cooperation with Al-Azhar in efforts to maintain peace and promote the correct understanding of Islam in the international world so that it can cope with Islamofobia.
