National sugar production projection 2024

The whole farm transports the sugarcane to the top of the truck to be further sent to the sugar plant in Asrikaton, Pakis, Malang, East Java, Thursday (11/7/2024). The Ministry of Agriculture through the Directorate General of Plantation projected the production of national sugar in 2024 by 2,38 million tons while the need of sugar consumption reached 2,93 million tons.
