Literature in Indonesia
A number of people reading books by utilizing the Keliling Library vehicle facilities in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Sunday (21/7/2024). UNESCO Institute of Statistics (UIS) mentions, global literacy levels in the age of 15 years above 2021 at 86.3 percent and from 208 insurveied countries, Indonesia occupies a 100th position with a literacy rate of 95.44 percent or lower than the Philippines (96,62 percent), Brunei (96,66 percent), and Singapore (96,677 percent).
