DEPUTY POSITION OF THE MINISTER

JAKARTA, 5/6 - PUTUSAN POSISI WAKIL MENTERI. Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Mahfud MD (left) and the Judge of the Harjono Constitution (right) contemplated the disela of the disclaimer of the Minister’s Deputy position in Jakarta, Tuesday (5/6). In one of the rulings of MK states, Article 10 clarification is decided to contradict with the 1945 Constitution and has no binding legal force. The explanation of the article 10 was singing, "What is meant by Deputy Minister is a career official and is not a member of the cabinet."
