JAKARTA, 7/6 - KOMPETISI CHEF. Director of Fonterra Foodservices Indonesia Agustini Muara (center) together (from ki-ka) Advisory Chef Fonterra Asia and the Middle East Chef David Warren, Senior Advisory Chef Fonterra Middle East Asia Chef Manfred Kohlen, National Trade Marketing Manager Fonterra Foodservices Denny Herdian Ardiwinata, and Pastry Master Chef MOF Master Chef Jean Francois Arnaud talked to the sela competition Fonterra Pastry & Cooking Challenge 2012 in Jakarta, Thursday (7/6). Fonterra Foodservices, as a division of PT Fonterra Brands Indonesia who concentrated on the B2B sector (business to business) from New Zealand held Pastry and Cooking Challenge competition as part of sustainable commitment in helping to improve culinary talents in Indonesia.
