JAKARTA, 14/6 - NEW BSP LIFEKSI. Recruited PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (BSP) that is new Bambang A Wisena (left) with a long dissolved Ambono Janurianto at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, in Jakarta, Thursday (14/6). In addition to choosing Dirut and Dirku new, RUPST PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk also approved the Company’s profit-using plan in 2011 at Rp 745,5 billion, for some of them is shared as a cash dividend of Rp62,5 billion or Rp4,5 per share.
