FLOOD CONTROLLING PUMP STATION

JAKARTA, 19/6 - STASIUN PUMP ENDALI BANJIR. Governor of DKI Jakarta Fauzi Bowo along the Minister of Public Works, Djoko Kirmanto and Ambassador of Japan for Indonesia, Yosinoro Katori, Director General of Water Resources Ministry of PU, Mohamad Hasan and Plt. The Head of the Great Hall of Ciliwung-Cisadane, Pitoyo Subrandrio inaugurated the reconstruction project of the Flood Control Pump in the Pluit Waduk, North Jakarta, Tuesday,(19/6). The existence of this pump station is expected to reduce floods in a number of regions of Jakarta, including the surrounding Monas area. ANTARA/HO/pd/12
