JAKARTA, 20/6 - MULTISTRADA DIVIDEN. Presdir PT Multistrada Directions Sarana Tbk Pieter Tanun (3 left) together (from ki-ka) Operation Director Andreas Handoyo, Independent Commissioner Paul and Deputy Presdir Sukarman combined the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, in Jakarta, Tuesday (20/8). PT Multistrada Directions Sarana, national tire issuers, received the approval of shareholders to share dividends of Rp 18.365.893.890 or 11.86% of net profit acquisition in 2011 at Rp 143 billion, or equivalent Rp 2 per share, and the allocation of 87.14 % or Rp 124.40 billion from net profit as the profit is retained or retained earning.
