President Director of PT.Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk (BSDE) Harry Budi Hartanto (center) accompanied by Director of Syukur Lawigena (left), and Hongky Nantung (right) provided a description of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in Jakarta, Wednesday (27/6). BSDE will share dividends of Rp175 billion or equivalent 21 percent of the net profit acquisition of 2011 Rp841 billion, while Rp 666 billion or 79 percent net profit is allocated for the profit is retained and reserve for business expansion.
