BI operational waste for co-firing Bolok

A PLTU officer checked the melting of paper money in Bolok PLTU, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Tuesday (8/10/2024). PT PLN (Persero) NTT Regional Inductor Unit and Bank Indonesia Representative Office (BI) NTT Province utilizes BI operational waste which has been melted in biomass co-firing program as a coal substitute at a certain ratio in the Bolok PLTU to generate electricity energy and support the net energy target in Indonesia.
