JAKARTA, 3/7 - ANAK PERADILAN RUU. Assuming the human rights of Amir Syamsuddin (right) along the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Linda Gumelar (left) held a meeting with the Vice Chairman of the DPR Anis Matta (mid) to discuss the Bill about the Child's Pidana Justice System, in the Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (3/7). Important points in the bill include the obligation of the judicial restoration of the conflict resolution should not be carried out through the court, the age range called the child is 12 to 18 years, the system is versioned by the criminal formal court, the obligation of the criminal identity, as well as the child's special provincial agency.
