JAKARTA, 6/7 - SENGKETA PILKADA PAPUA. The Constitutional Judgment culminated by the Constitution of Akil Mochtar (center) imposes the principal application of the Members of the Ida Budhiati KPU, as the applicant in the trial of the state institution authority (SKLN) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Friday (6/7). KPU as the applicant based on a number of legal facts submitted to assess the DPR Papua as the termohon has no authority to issue regulation to hold the governor’s pilkada and representative of Papua governors other than the KPU and the Papua Province KPU.
