Randang seasoning production for European markets
Juru Masak shows the seasonings of Randang (rendang) and the timeo that has been packed in the kitchen Cooperative of the Women Ikaboga Padang, West Sumatra, Tuesday (29/10/2024). The Cooperative of Ikaboga Women with the Subana Bana Indonesia brand prepares the spices and timeso (the viscous soup) that can be processed with other additions such as beef and chicken meat to be exported to European markets such as Germany and Norway.
