SALT HARVEST

PANEN GARAM. A breeding farmers harvest the first salt in Tambak salt, Benowo, Surabaya, Jatim, Tuesday (17/7). The government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) allocated funds of Rp107,6 billion for increased production of salts in Indonesia in this year’s salt production season, to realize the target of salt production by 1.3 million tons of folk salts.
