JAKARTA, 20/7 - GUGAT UU PILKADA DKI JAKARTA. Iwan Praguera's Rubbing Law (right), Samuel's Rubbing Law (second right) accompanied by the M Huda applicant (second left) and Abdul Havid (left) followed the first trial of the Jakarta District Pilkada Pilkada, in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Friday (20/7). They suspend Law No 29/2007 on the Provincial Government. According to them, the implementation of the 2 round Pilgub is assessed breaking the article 24A paragraph 1, article 27 paragraph 1, article 28D paragraph 1, article 28 1 paragraph 2 45 Constitution, the second round only refers to one Law No 29/2007, which voices if not reached 50 percent plus.
