Manokwari’s lapas binaan entered a choblos in TPS Special 901 Lapas class IIB Manokwari, West Papua, Wednesday (27/11/2024). A total of 270 voters consisting of binaans and lapas officers gave his voice to the election of the Governors of West Papua and Bupati and Deputy Bupati Manokwari on the election of regional heads (Pilkada) 2024.
