KPK Invitation Session

Chairman of the Assembly of the Constitutional Court (MK) Suhartoyo (second right) accompanied by three members of the Judge Assembly MK Saldi Isra (second left), Arsul Sani (left), and Enny Nurbaningsih (right) led the test judgment trial of Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning KPK in the Constitution Court, Jakarta, Friday (29/11/2024). MK is arguing part of the applicant’s application, through the MK’s ruling anger gives new insights to Article 42 Act Number 30 of 2002 about KPK and confirmed the antirasuah institution it is authorized to coordinate and control investigations, broadcasting, and prosecution of corruption cases in the military bed, along the case is handled early or starting or found by KPK.
