SIDANG HOTASI NABABAN. The case of the aircraft rental corruption of Boeing 737 by PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines (PT MNA) company, Hotasi Nababan disela undergoes an advanced hearing in the Corruption Pidana Tribitor Court (Tipikor), Jakarta, Thursday (2/8). The trial presents five witnesses, including the former Finance Director of PT MNA Guntur Aradea who mentioned that the aircraft rental order to the Thirdstone Aircraft Leasing Group (TALG) originated from the charged Hotasi Nababan as President Director (Dirut) PT MNA at that time.
