YOGYAKARTA, 25/8 - MERTI GOLONG GILIG. A number of people follow the procession before the start of Kirab Merti Golong Gilig in Kampung Wisata Dipowinatan, Yogyakarta, Saturday (25/8). Dipowinatan which is a tourist village in Yogyakarta City area wisely the last two years completes the people's market event as a formulation of celebrating the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia with the Merti Golong Gilig carnival, and this year due to the commemoration of the Indonesian HUT to-67 almost along with the width then Merti Golong Gilig was used also as a lecturer of villagers.
