SATELLITE LAPAN A2

BOGOR, 31/8-SATELIT LAPAN A2. Head of the Satellite Technology Center Lapan Suharmanto explained about the satellite Lapan A2 in the Center of Lapan Technology in Rancabungur, Bogor, Jabar, Friday (31/8). The satellite 100 percent domestically made with a weight of 78 kg will be launched using Sriharikota India in mid 2013, the satellite has three functions namely earth observation, ship monitoring, and amateur radio communication.
