ANALOG RICE LAUNCH

BOGOR, 1/9-PELUNCANT ANALOG. The Director of Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) Herry Suhardiyanto (3 left) and the Minister of Agriculture Suswono (4 left) along the representatives of the rector showed analog rice during its launch at the IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor, Jabar, Saturday (1/9). Analog rice is an IPB innovation in the form of imitation rice is made of local flour other than rice and wheat such as sorghum flour, sago, umbi-umbian that has a nutritional value is almost equivalent to native rice so that it can reduce the dependence of society against rice.
