Chairman of the Assembly of the Constitutional Court of Mahfud MD (right) and the Member of the Assembly of Juda Achmad Sodiki (left) read the Dismissal of the State Authority (SKLN) KPU Against the DPR of Papua in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (19/9). The Constitutional Court stated that the authority of all stages of the General election of the Governor and the Deputy Governor of Papua was at the hand of the KPU by still asking for consideration and approval to the Assembly of Papuans related to the Cgub and Cawagub pair of Papua.
