General Executive Manager of PT Telkom Tbk Divre I Sumatra, M Awaludin (left) and Assistant IV Sekda Province NAD Harmawan released balloons and banners when the launch of cheap tariffs Rp49/min Flexi products in the Field Blang Padang, Banda Aceh, Saturday (2/2).
