STEP, 4/10 - REQUIRE FOR PETANI. A farmer casts cage fertilizers on rice fields, Lambung Bukik area, Pauh District, Padang, Sumbar, Thursday (4/10). Sumbar receives the assistance of the emergency fund of Rp56 billion from the central government, the fund was channeled at 880 group of farms in 14 districts/city in West Sumatra Province, each group of farms get Rp57,4 million who planted rice on this October, it is to support the target production of 10 million tons rice 2014 and Sumbar get a production obligation of 800 thousand tons rice.
