LUMAJANG, 15/10 Ð BACKGROUND. A number of citizens and sand miners are uniquely one of the two sand miners who are killed because of the 10 meters high sand cliffs, in the village sand mining area of Lempeni, Tempeh district, Lumajang district, Jatim, Monday (15/10).
