Ten athlete of bicycles leave the start line after being released by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Mari Elka Pangestu on Jalan Raya Tanjunguban, Bintan District, Riau Islands in Tour de Bintan 2012, Saturday (10/11). The international race that is this annual agenda is the fourth time implemented and followed by 920 foreign athletes and 200 more national athletes by stacking 285 kilometers distance.
