The Chairman of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD gave a cultural speech entitled "Reviewing the People's Daulat Democracy Us" on the 43th anniversary of the Ismail Marzuki Park in Graha Bakti Culture, TIM, Jakarta, Saturday (10/11) night.
