DISASTER RECOVERY CONFERENCE

JAKARTA, 12/11 - CONFERENCE OF CORFU. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (right) was established with the European Union Ambassador Julian Wilson (left) and Vice President of the World Bank for East Asia and Pacific region, Amber Cox (mid) as well as attending the Pascabencana International Conference event in Jakarta, Monday (12/11). The conference discussed Indonesia’s experience in the postbencana recovery efforts with Multi Donor Fund for Aceh and Nias (MDF) and Java Reconstruction Fund (JRF) in Disaster Recovery that has helped Indonesia face disasters and provide examples “best practices” for other natural disasters.
