JAKARTA, 13/12 - PUTUSAN PASAL LAPINDO. Chairman of the Assembly of the Constitutional Court of Mohammad Mahfud MD (second right) along the member of the Constitutional Judge Assembly Achmad Sodiki (second left), Akil Mochtar (left) and Harjono (right) read the determination of the testing of the Act No. 22 Year 2011 concerning the Budget Year APBN 2012 [Pasal 19] and Law No. 4 Year 2012 on the Top Change of Law No. 22 Year 2011 on the APBN Year of Budget 2012 [Pasal 18] instead of the rugi case of Lapindo mud in the Constitution Court, Jakarta, Thursday (13/12). The Constitutional Judgment decided to reject the testing of the Law that fills the payment of compensation by making purchases on the soil and buildings belonging to the damaged people due to the smelting of Lapindo slurry outside the map of the affected area (PAT) remains the responsibility of the country through APBN.
