JAKARTA, 9/1 - HAKIM GUGAT UU. The applicant of the principal, Judge Agung who also Chairman of the Indonesian Embassy (IKAHI) Mohammad Saleh attended the pleno hearing of the DPR, the government and witness/ahli in the testing of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Pidana Justice System in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (9/1). The Indonesian Judgment assessed the Law No 11/2012 article 96, article 100, and article 101 about the Child's Pidana Justice System made the independence of the judges restricted and encrypted.
