SUBSIDI PUPUK. A number of transport workers set fertilizers to load in ships in the traditional port of Kalimas, Surabaya, Jatim, Wednesday (9/1). The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) supports the welfare of farmers by raising fertilizer subsidies from Rp. 13.9 trillion in 2012 to Rp. 16.2 trillion in 2013 at State Shopping Budget (APBN) 2013.
