Sutardjo, as Chairman of the Indonesian Marine Council (Dekin) accompanied by Head of Data Center, Statistical and Information of Ministry of Marine and Fishery, Indra Sakti (left), conveyed the explanation of the Indonesian Dekin hearing in Jakarta, Tuesday (15/1). Dekin’s swords are attended by marine experts and representatives of the various ministry encouraged to separate the Marine Law, which is now entered the National Legislation Program (Prolegnas) 2013.
