SERANG, 21/1 - ENDAM BANJIR. Farmers dissolved rice seeds in rice fields that are flooded in Kubil village, Serang, Banten, Sunday (20/1). Local farm offices recorded a small amount of 20 thousand hectares of flooding in various areas in the banten with average loss value reaches Rp. 8 million to Rp13 million per hectare.
