SIDANG MANTAN KAPOLRES. Former Kapolres Tegal AKBP Agustin Hardiyanto which became the case of the Corruption of the Tegal police operational funds from the APBD of the Central Java Province and the APBD of Tegal Regency of Rp 6,6 billion, following the hearing with the agenda of the election reading in the Semarang Tipikor Court, Wednesday (23/1). The general prosecution candidates demand to be charged with penalties for seven years six months of prison and paying a fine of Rp 200 million subsider six months of prison as well as paying a refund of state financial losses of Rp 1,04 billion subsider three years of nine months of prison.
