Calon Governor of Bali (incumbent), Made Mangku Pastika (left) of the Democratic Party with his prospective deputy, I Ketut Sudikerta (right) of the Golkar Party held a yel-yel when declared his coalition for the Selection of Regional Head (Pilkada) Bali 2013 at the Bali People's Monument, Denpasar, Wednesday (30/1).
