TANGERANG, 25/3 - LAPAS WARTEL. A number of narapidana tries phone service facilities in Telecommunication Warung (Color) that are just inaugurated in the Impression Board (Lapas) Adult Klas I Tangerang, Banten, Tuesday (25/3). The Department of Law and Human Rights (Dephukham) cooperated with Telkom installed the Wartel phone channel in the lapas to facilitate the residents of the lapas to communicate out the lapas.
