JAKARTA, 24/4 - PERCUAT MODAL. A number of commissioners and directors of Bank NISP from ki/ka: Presdir Pramukti Surjaudaja, Commissioner Goh Kim Bun, President Commissioner of Karmaka Surjaudajaudaja, Commissioner Jusuf Halim, Director Kamsidin Wiradikusumah and Director of Louis Sudarmania, mutually accumulated the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), in Jakarta, Tuesday (24/4). In the RUPST that replaces a number of commissioners and the directors set Bank NISP will strengthen capitalization by using the entire net profit in 2006 without sharing in the form of deviden to shareholders.
