The President of the 3rd President of BJ Habibie (left) gave a welcome speech to Wapres Boediono (right) who received the Doctor of Honoris Causa degree of law from Monash University in Wapres Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday (13/2). Monash University, Australia, provides a degree due to the strategic role of Boediono in the effort of strengthening democracy, maintaining economic growth and reducing poverty in Indonesia.
