MEDAN, 25/2 - SMUGGLED PANGOLINS. Customs and Excise officer and North Sumatra Nature Conservation Agency (BKSDA) show a pangolin (Manis Javanica) which failed to be smuggled to Malaysia in Medan, North Sumatra, February 25, 2013. Customs officers confiscated 128 alive pangolins during smuggled by boat in Belawan waters to Malaysia and afterward will be handed to North Sumatra BKSDA to be released to nature.
